Kampala central MP Muhammad Nsereko starts consultation process in the computer cyber amendment bill

Kampala central Member of Parliament Muhamed Nsereko is starting the consultation process in the  computer cyber amendment bill with all the victims that have been harassed by the computer violations in his leave which he was granted by parliament last evening.

Nsereko who was famous in the 9th parliament after introducing various  private members bill such as landlord tenant bill,the oil bill and the NSSF BILL   is optimistic that its going to address the current  loopholes in the misuse of computer which include invasion of privacy by hackers among other.

Speaking to salt media in an exclusive interview during his morning training drill at Lugogo he confirms that the bill won’t be affected by the implementation citing  the current technology which is going to attack offender.

Nsereko want the law to target even those who forcefully put people into various soclal networks without the consent of the owners.

Among the sources  he is to engage include madia companies,people who have been affected and those who have been using this platform to make money.

Meanwhile, Nsereko has asked Mityana municipality Mp Francis Zaake to apologize before the house over the utterances against the speaker where he attacked her personality.

The bill has been welcomed by Bunya east Mp bekerera john who says it has been long over.
