Uganda-France Freindship Game Postponed Over Corona Virus Fear

As coronavirus new infections continue to be reported across the globe, the match between the Uganda cranes ex players vs. the African ex players with the theme of celebrating France-Uganda relationship has been postponed over the fear of coronavirus.

The French envoy to Uganda in the presence of William Blick the president of Uganda Olympics committee and Balm Barugahare the events promoter declared the news.

According to the France ambassador to Uganda Jules-Armand Aniambossou, they had been permitted by the ministry of health to proceed with the event though they decided to postpone it for the good friendship between the two nations. The events promoter Balm and William Blick expressed their concern over the matter.

Meanwhile, this is the 4th year since the Uganda-France relationship started to be celebrated through various events on annual basis.
