KAMPALA – The Minister of Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs, Hon. Minsa Kabanda, has called on Ugandans to prioritise local workers who have been given employment opportunities instead of mistreating them. She emphasised that these workers should be allowed to perform their duties effectively to gain valuable skills and experience.
